He is dedicated to his customer's and works tirelessly to ensure their success. His customer support is unperilled ensuring all his customer's are aware of the newest technologies and products.

Jared Ingalls

Vice President - Sales

Jared, based in Kansas City has worked in the Pest Control industry for 27 years.  He has been with PMS since 2017. 

Jared has a wealth of experience working as a technician for residential and commercial, sales manager, operations lead.  With Jared’s extensive industry knowledge, he educates and supports his customers by becoming an extension of their team.

Chris Lycos

Director of Operations

Chris works tirelessly to strategically manage our warehouses in compliance with all policies and vision.

Chris oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.  He is responsible for coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures.  Chris works with our customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure we are delivering success to all our customers.  


Amalia (Molly) Mendoza

Office Manager

Molly works tirelessly to ensure everyone's expectations are exceeded and all operations run as smoothly as possible for our customers, manufacturers and employees.

Molly comes from a retail customer service background and has transitioned to the world of pests, falling in love with the industry. With nearly 5 years at PMS she is as knowledgeable as they come.

Christy Ingalls

Marketing and Customer Relations Specialist

Christy has worked in the Pest Control Industry for the past 7 years. Christy ensures everything runs smoothly in our Kansas City location. She has a passion for the industry and working with customers and end-users.

Christy leads our marketing and customer relations and has been married to our Sales Rep Jared Ingalls for 33 years.

BIG NEWS: The parachute has a significant place in history, serving as a crucial tool in supporting our armed forces during various operations. General "Billy" Mitchell first conceptualized the idea of using parachutes to transport troops and supplies behind enemy lines during World War I. While his plan was not implemented at the time due to the war ending, numerous successful airborne operations have since taken place, showcasing the effectiveness of airdrops in combat situations. Airdrops offer distinct advantages, including minimal handling of supplies, shorter shipping times, and reduced congestion in airfield off-loading areas.
